On Saturday morning, Rohit Kulkarni of City Lights Films (producer of "Pitch of Dreams")
came to Anne Arundel County, Maryland to film USYCA President Jamie
Harrison as he instructed girls and boys in the great game of cricket.
The video, when finished, will be made available to youth cricket
leaders across the country who may be curious about how to present the
game to children who have no knowledge of cricket whatsoever. Here are a
few photographs form the shoot:
 

In addition to the video shoot, Jamie led the children in a game of cricket using the Doinkit flat bat and ball set, manufactured by Marky Sparky Toys.
Marky Sparky sent Jamie six of the Doinkitâ„¢ sets so that a "focus
group" of sorts could be conducted, with an eye toward producing an
affordable, entry-level cricket set for the US market. At the end of the
game, the children were each given a Doinkit set to take home. Here
