USYCA is proud to announce the addition of the Corinthian Cricket Club to its ranks. The Corinthian Cricket Club, a member of the Southern California Cricket Association, is one of the oldest cricketing
organizations in the United States, with roots tracing back to 1934. Since
then the club has been instrumental in shaping a fine sports culture
in Southern California and building a strong social network around the
game. A truly international club, it members come from all over the world: England, the Indian Subcontinent, New Zealand, South Africa, West Indies, Australia and the United States.
"Each year the club strives to develop cricket in the US,
especially at the grassroots level, taking a special interest in
schools and youth programs across the nation," said Secretary Raj Naik. "We are proud to support
the USYCA in its efforts to develop the game further in the United
States."
"USYCA sees the development of youth cricket in Southern California as a priority, and we are thrilled that such an esteemed organization as the Corinthian Cricket Club is joining us," said President Jamie Harrison. "We look forward to an active partnership to grow the game in the Greater Los Angeles area."
