On November 7, USYCA President Jamie Harrison visited James Wood Middle School in Winchester, Virginia to train Frederick County PE teachers in cricket. Harrison was there at the invitation of Tara Woolever, Supervisor of Social Sciences and Health and Wellness Education for county schools.

Middle Schools in Frederick County will be the first to start cricket, and the teachers trained at the cricket rollout will then introduce the game to the county's elementary schools.
